We aim to respond within 24 hours during business days (Sunday – Thursday).

You can request account deletion from the app settings or via the account deletion page. Your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

Yes. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We do not store raw face images — only encrypted face embeddings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscribing, changing your plan and refunds are all handled in the browser plans portal: admin.kanaf.app/portal — the in-app Subscriptions page is view-only. Available plans: Essential (free), Standard (39 SAR/month), Premium (75 SAR/month), Kafil (119 SAR/month).
